On to foreign chess news, English Chess Federation's freebies to every schools in England should be taken a good example. National Chess Federation of the Philippines, can I ask for the same freebies?
News on the other side of the world, The Bahamas Chess Federation, here's what's happenin' in their National Chess Program. Sounds very familiar indeed, for our country, I guess Philippine's National Chess Program has one and only activity for it, that is the Annual National Age Group and Juniors Championship. Chess Trainings in the grassroots? Anyone? The Chess Caravan was a good one guys and it went on a coma some weeks after our the senatorial election canvassing ended. Sayang! Sayang!
