AFC Football Coaching Courses Phl 2019

We received an update from PFF and it really is looking brighter for Philippine Football. Coaches education is one of the better ways to promote grassroots football in the country.
"The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) has released the list of its Coaching Certificate Courses for 2019 equivalent to the AFC Coaching Certificate Courses.
The AFC awarded the PFF the AFC Coaching Convention – A Level Membership last December 2018. The recognition allows the PFF to conduct the equivalent AFC ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ certificate courses as PFF ‘A’, ‘B’, and ‘C’ Coaching Certificate Courses respectively."

Palarong Pambansa 2019 for Two CFA Boys Elementary

After the STACAA Heroes Games 2019, a.k.a Regionals, we now go into the selection process of which player will join the Regional Champion Team for the Palarong Pambansa. This year's national games will be held in Davao City.

Two Cavite Football Academy players were chosen, by virtue of superb performance, to join the winning team in the Football Tournament of the Elementary Division.

Our very own Alfonso "Fonsi" Dionela (Best Striker) and Wyatt Lim were chosen and will be playing for Region IV-A Elementary Boys Football Team.

Wyatt Karell C. Lim

Alfonso Dionela

From what I've gathered, this will be Fonsi's third straight appearance in the Annual DEPED Palarong Pambansa while it will be Wyatt's first. Both players have played in the YFL last season.

Congratulations, good luck to both of you AND enjoy the games!

It has been a roller coaster ride with scenes of triumphs and frustrations, bursts of emotions and energy which made it more exciting for the players and crowd as well.
Missed calls, missed shots and missed opportunities for redemption for some and gained confidence for our student-athletes.
At the end of it all, we gave everyone a chance to participate, in victory and in defeat.

Thank you and all Glory and Honor to God Almighty!

Cavite Football at the Regionals

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since I last wrote here, no thanks to my basketball-related injury. I broke my right foot and took away my time to blog. But since I'm back now with lessened pain on my injury, allow me share some bits about the recently-concluded CALABARZON Heroes Games in Sta. Rosa City from Feb 11 to 15.

The Cavite Teams for Football Elementary and High School divisions had a silver-finish! The boys from Cavite Football Academy played key roles in the said tournament.

Great job guys!

And thanks to all the parents who sent their photos for this post.
