Just recently NAPCA General Assembly Theme: Strenghtening the Chess Arbitration held at Perez Bldg, Parañaque City . The assembly attended by the officers and members led by NCFP Executive Director IA Willy Abalos who is also concurred as the NAPCA Over-all Chairman, NCFP Director Atty. Manuel Relorcasa, NAPCA Co-Chair Atty. Rommel Tacorda, NAPCA Vice-Chairman Atty. Vicente Aceveda, NAPCA Adviser Dr. Gilbert Perez and NAPCA President Boyet Tardecilla.
