Hey! News just in, Europe-based Filipino chesser Joseph Sanchez tied for 1st with 7 points in the recent Festival des Jeux International Chess Tournament in Cannes, France. Sanchez achieved an overall performance rating of 2634 after facing a number of tough grandmasters from Europe.
