With this, the Philippine Council of Kali Escrima Arnis Masters stages the Smart World Arnis Open on August 6-8, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia music hall. This rare chance to see foreigners measure up to the skills of Filipinos in the sport is made possible by Smart Sports, Stix and Harbour Centre.
