Scholastic Basketball Camp-Founders' Cup opens to developing new talents and helping school sports programs get into developmentally appropriate competitions. Founders' Cup had its first game day last Saturday at Southern City I Subdivision, Imus City.

Scholastic Basketball Camp of Coach Francis and Teacher Claire, four schools were invited to join in its inaugural tournament with La Trinidad Academy-Imus sending three teams while La Camelle School, SV Montessori and Charis Christian Institute sending two teams,one for each division.
Founders' Cup is a school-based basketball tournament with two divisions, Born 2002 (16 & Under) and Born 2006 (12 & Under). Officiated
D' BOLA Referees, Founders' Cup is scheduled for six playing days with six games played every game day.
Teams will play twice against each other with the top one and two teams qualifying for the championship match while teams on the third and fourth ranks after the double-elimination will play for the third spot.
The league puts emphasis on the following objectives:
- Share and promote the love for basketball;
- Raise awareness on the benefits of having an active lifestyle thru the game of basketball;
- Providing opportunities to schools that are starting on their journey to inter-scholastic sports competitions;
- Giving playing avenues to developing players and talents;
- Promoting school network that shares the same values and help in marketing schools thru basketball.
