VIGAN Began!

Thank you for taking time to visit my blog.

I am Miguel Tomas Dandan Buenaventura. I'm twelve years old from Imus Pilot Elementary School. I play football for the City of Imus where I, with my family, have been living before I was born. I love football but like other kids my age, I also love playing other sports, reading graphic novels, watching movies, discovering HTML Coding and playing video games with my Kuya Freedom.
I am from a family of athletes and sports enthusiasts: my Tatay is a chess and basketball coach, my Mom used to play volleyball, my eldest sister is a current basketball player and is riding on an athletic scholarship, my Kuya plays football in his school's club and my youngest sister wishing to go into gymnastics. You see I come from a big family that loves sports.

My height is 5'7" and I play MIDFIELD and MIDFIELD Defender for the team I play for. I am currently a Football Scholar for the 14 Under Team of the Provincial Government of Cavite. Our Governor runs the Cavite Football Academy - members are invited to try-out before gaining access to the training directed by Coach Chieffy Caligdong.

I was also part of the MILO-FC Barcelona 2-day Camp held last year at the BGC Stadium.

Since Grade Three (Grade 3), I have been playing football and have been part of the teams that would play in the DEPED Regional Sports Competition-Southern Tagalog CALABARZON Athletic ASSOCIATION (STCAA).

This year our Selection Team of Cavite won first place in STCAA and with God's Will, I was chosen to form part of the CALABARZON Team for Palarong Pambansa 2018 this April 2018 @ Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

Football has given me the opportunity to meet new friends, travel to places otherwise I would not have gone to and compete against foes who are now friends. Football has taught me that life is best lived when one knows his purpose.

Please support me in my quest to help our Grade School Football Team CALABARZON as we play in the National Games by sending help, IN CASH OR IN KIND, any support to defray the cost of preparation and participation in the games for two weeks.
